HI Signature Salon & Academy is recognized by the hair salon industry as one of the best and most well equipped hair academy. Its founder, Denny Phang & Pessy Tai, whose credentials are renowned throughout Malaysia, is also the only hair academy in Malaysia which is authorized and accredited by the international brand Schwarzkopf Professional from Germany to use the ASK title as it meets the highest standard expected of ASK academies, Academy of Skills and Knowledge.

We are very proud to have all our founders appointed by Schwarzkopf Professional as their Creative Ambassadors, the highest international honor to be conferred on a hairdresser. We meet twice a year with Schwarzkopf Professional’s Global Ambassador to explore the latest fashion and haircut trends from the Essential Looks Trend Collection, which have been presented from the international catwalk scenes like London, New York, Paris and Milan. From this Essential Looks Trend Collection, we also get to experience the latest fashion, make-up direction, cutting, coloring and perming techniques. We train and inspire hairdressers to master the whole concept of hairdressing, in the way we help them to build up and enhance their confidence and understand the entire concept of the hair profession.

HI Signature has created an educational system based upon its own successful academy programmes. With the overall aim to communicate ideas, motivate and inspire, the course programmes incorporate techniques that are applicable to hairdressers of every level. At HI Signature, we have a team of skillful and experienced hairstylists leaded by the founder Denny Phang and Pessy Tai. The team of experienced hairstylists and educators has constantly been keeping abreast of the latest haircut, hair styling designs, fashionable and aware of fashion trend and is known as fashion icon. Denny and Pessy, along with other skilfull hairstylists, are willing to share with you all their own valuable professional knowledge through the academy courses at HI Signature. Knowledge is power, the team of educator has been hairstylists and even salon owner themselves for many years and thus, is very much aware of the needs of aspiring hairdressers.
